COVID-19 and EDI

Dear Valued Customers and Partners,

This is our current update on Loren Data’s readiness with the COVID-19 virus, our commitment to continuity of operations, and any impact we anticipate due to this virus.

Loren Data takes the health and safety of our employees seriously and it is no different with COVID-19. As a company, we are operating in 100% virtual mode: all employees are prepared and able to work from home, and our infrastructure is 100% remotely enabled. You will receive the same level of service you always expect from us. We anticipate no difference in the operation of our systems, and we are fully prepared to make adjustments as necessary.

During this extraordinary time, we remain committed to providing our customers with the same level of unparalleled customer service and experiences that are expected of us. We are prepared for higher volumes of data due to restocks and larger on-demand requirements. We are here for all your needs.

From an industry standpoint, we have seen the cancellation of Peppol in Brussels, RVCF in Florida, and NEECOM in Massachusetts. While this is a hardship on the organizers and participants, it is best that we take care of all our health and well being. Since our whole team will be working from home and not on the road, we are taking the time improve every aspect of our system, getting all those jobs done that there never seems enough time for. Expect great new features and services in the very near future.
